(Built in 1980 at 6101 W Century Blvd, the 802-room Sheraton Gateway is sold to China's Hazens Investment, its first purchase in US. The deal falls on the heels of the recent [a month ago, in November] sale of the 487-room Torrance Marriott South Bay, for $74 million, to another Chinese property developer Sichuan Xinglida Group Enterprises Co 四川兴力达集团实业有限公司)
