My comment:
(a) Skip the first nine paragraphs, which are inane. Start from the paragraph:

(b) Maybe in China, there is no norm. Otherwise, I see nothing usual about What Professor Li says in this report (but the reporter sounds flattering).
(c) Professor "David Daokui LI" was one of the three CFR speakers in my posting today titled "What Ails China's Economy, per High-Ranking Chinese Official."
