I did not know Long March had ever failed. But see list of Long March launches

, whose last failure was (Dec 9, 2013; rocket: Long March 4B; launch site: Taiyuan; cause: Third stage engine shut down early due to duct blockage).

Prior to that, it was (Aug 18, 2011; Long March 2C; Jiuquan; Second stage vernier engine support structure failed in flight, led to loss of attitude control).
