My comment: I am surprise that Taiwan has this also.

I take a look, and presume that the numbers for each candidates on a given day should add up to make 100. The higher the number, the more probable an event will happen. (I just read 新手上路 | 常見問題--buttons at the bottom of home page--but can not understand a thing.)
