(a) homosexuality is not the only interpretation. It could also be that Zhou was asexual.
(b) In any event, the English title did not say 曾.
(c) "as the first premier of the People’s Republic of China, Zhou Enlai met with Henry A Kissinger in Beijing in 1971"
