My comment:
(a) The Sunday Times is the Sunday issue of the Times of London, which, along with The Australian, are both owned by Rupert Murdoch.
(b)
(i) The December 2015 issue is about, together its cover of, 令计划. Table of contents does not mention 令完成.
(ii) As for 爭鳴, I fail to find anything in the table of contents of the December 2015 issue, about either brother.
(c) Naturally I am doubtful, including about the deportation. Intelligence is top secret in US.
