Japanese grammar does not differentiate subject 主词 or object 受词. The "watashi" is the pronoun "私" (English: I, me, myself). The "da" signals the end of a sentence, itself meaningless.
"何が少子化だよクソ。" (The "kuso and "hun" are Japanese and Chinese pronunciations of 糞, respectively.)
"昨日見事に保育園落ちたわ。" (my translation: Yesterday my kid brilliantly failed to enter a nursery.)
"ふざけんな日本。"
