On the seal 徽章 of
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. http://www.mofa.gov.tw/
, the bottom arc is currently "MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS - REPUBLIC OF CHINA, TAIWAN." (This VOA report, at the top, carries a seal of the same ministry under president Ma -- whose photo was taken in 2014. The difference is ".TAIWAN."
(b) "其 [外交部] 网站上的内容也在悄然发生变化。 这项变化在外交部有关巴拉圭总统前后两次访问台湾的新闻稿中最为突出": on May 17, 2016 (three days before Ma Ying-jeou stepped down) and July 4, 2017 (more than a year after Tsai Ing-wen was sworn in).
(c) I do not know whether the changes are intended, but anyway Tsai is feckless in my view.
