Adam Lashinsky, Hot Under the White Collar. Around the globe, prosecutors seem to have a growing appetite for holding corporate leaders accountable. What's driving the shift? http://fortune.com/2018/12/27/hot-under-the-white-collar/
My comment:
(i) There is no need to read the text. The article carries a vignette "No Longer Too Hot to Jail?" The first of four is (in toto) "Yang Weidong 杨伟东, president 总裁 Alibaba's Youku[:] Formerly the head of Alibaba's music-streaming affiliate and a onetime Nokia executive, Yang was arrested [on Dec 4, 2018] in China for 'alleged acceptance of illegal payments.' Little else is known about his situation."
(ii) (be or getting) hot under, or in, the collar: American English angry, annoyed, exasperated, excited, or "nervous" https://www.macmillandictionary. ... ot-under-the-collar
The definitions are compiled from several online English dictionaries, but only MacMillan mentions "nervous," which is apt. The origin of the idiom is in those situations, people get red head and neck, according to www.momgenerations.com ("Mom Generations is a hip online destination for moms").

Business Person of the Year:
(a) No 1: Tricia Griffith of Progressive Corp (insurance)
(b) No 6: Lisa Su http://fortune.com/businessperson-of-the-year/lisa-su-6/
("THE MOST IMPRESSIVE turnaround that CEO Lisa Su has pulled off at Advanced Micro Devices continued to pay off big time in 2018. Though AMD's share price has gone on a wild ride—it had tripled for the year at one point but was up only 77% by the end of October—the chipmaker's sales and profits have been steadily increasing on the strength of the high-performance microprocessor lines Su first started planning five years ago [president and CEO since 2014]. * * * Stumbles at rival Intel have also helped AMD claw back market share in PCs and, especially, servers—perhaps the most lucrative opportunity. * * * -- AR [by Aric Jenkins]")
(v) No 20: Sheng Yue Gui 桂生悦, CEO [since 2006] Geely Automobile Holdings http://fortune.com/businessperson-of-the-year/sheng-yue-gui-20/
("WHAT DO NISSAN, Honda, and Toyota have in common? In the first six months of 2018, Geely Automotive leapfrogged them all to become the third-best-selling car brand in China, the world's biggest auto market. What’s more, it increased sales 43% year over year, even as overall Chinese car sales declined, * * * -- MH [by Matt Heimer]")
