(d) The blue pick-up truck (on the left side of the video) was inattentive to a stalled (read: Parked) car on the margin of the bridge, until it was too late. So the blue pick-up truck served to the lane that the incoming 18-wheeler that Sidney Thomas, 26, was driving on. Thomas tried to avoid the pick-up truck and went over the edge of the bridge.
