The video lasts an hour. Please read the "In a nutshell." As far as I can tell, there is no other place that offers the opinion of Rep Boustany--not even in his official web site at the House.
(b) The commentary refers to IMF report, which was based on GDP (PPP) rather than nominal GDP--of the entire nation. When I read the news a few days ago, I thought it was unfair to China, because it is based on GDP PER CAPITA based on PPP, Taiwan's might overtake that of Americans, but GDP per capita (nominal) of Taiwan is still lagging.
