My comment:
(a) There is a big discrepancy in both global and US markets between IDC and
Gardner, with regard to Acer.
(b) The rumored impending death of Toshiba (and probably Sony), the smaller
PC makers, appear to be premature.

i suppose that's the number of PC sold, not revenue or profit.
