My comment:
(1) Andaman and Nicobar Islands
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andaman_and_Nicobar_Islands
Its relationship with Malacca Strait and Aceh province of Indonesia can been
seen in
Major Volcanoes of the Andaman Islands. US Geological Survey, Department of
the Interior. 2003.

Aceh province is where Islam was first established in Southeast Asia. Due to
Islamic insurgency, Indonesia ceded authority to US Navy for rescue and
relief in the province when the Dec. 26, 2004 tsumini hit Aceh and 226,000
Indonesians died or went missing.
(2) Mil Mi-17

in India's northwest.
(4) Diego Garcia
"Leased from the British, Diego Garcia is principally occupied by U.S.
military personnel and has been of great strategic interest for decades. The
indigenous population was relocated and are currently fighting a court
battle to return to the island chain. However, they are still exiled from
the largest and only inhabited island in the chain, Diego Garcia."

vs. Human Rights. ICE Case Study No. 120, December 2003.
