China's economic development in the last three decades is undeniable.
There are skeptics about China's GDP figures. Economist magazine and VOA Chinese reported and kicked the tire. The former generally believes that there are times of over-stating and some other times of under-stating, which seemed to concide with dictates from Beijing but evened out in the long run. It is unclear (to me) what Mr. Li meant exactly.
