My comment: She was harsh at the Chen administration, so much so that I
protested. The report put her remarks mildly. The following is in a more
critical light.
The fact of the matter is US most of the time does not know what is going on
in the Ma administration. Diplomatic cables demonstrated that US has to ask
Chinese officials in Beijing how Taiwan was admited to WHO as an observer.
