In the home page, please select (i) Consumers and (ii) Resources in the top horizontal bar. To a layperson like me, the most informtive is "FAQ" under Resources. Specifically the question "What is HDMI?" an dits corresponding answer: HDMI "is the first and only industry-supported, uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface. By delivering crystal-clear, all-digital audio and video via a single cable, HDMI dramatically simplifies cabling and helps provide consumers with the highest-quality home theater experience.

My comment: The entire report is worthy. Please take a note of the third and fourth paragraphs from the bottom.

(i) I am clueless why the same newspaper on the same day has in the tiles: IPAD (as here) and iPad (as (3) above).
(ii) The print edition selects two commentaries: "T Boyer, Doylestown, Pa., Dec. 27" and "Sam, Perth, Australia, Dec. 29."
