(b) The report states, "中国疾病控制和预防中心在其网站上说，中国每10万人中有22.23人自杀。* * * 中国有13亿人口，每年有287,000人自杀，每年企图自杀者多达200万人。"
I can not find the number (22.23 suicides/100,000) in the website of
中国疾病控制和预防中心 Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention

However the number is correct, which refers to success only, excluding suicide attempt.
The last clause may no longer hold water, as doctors in China took a closer look.
