(a) Out of the 22:57 (22 min, 57 sec) video clips, various arrests were made in two segments: 6:00-7:00 and 10:30-21:30.
(b) Apparently 特警 is SWAT (for Special Weapons And Tactics), for both showed on a white minivan in the last minute of the clip.
