(e) To my knowledge, the Ma administration has not alluded to the eleven (11)-dash map of ROC, or the nine (9)-dash map of PRC.
(f) In any event, many Taiwanese, including me, are uncomfortable with any assertions based on historical claims of China (be it Republic of China on Nanking or People's Republic of China), about Senkaku Islands or South China Sea. Likely the Chen (Shui-bian) administration did not make claims as grandiose as the Ma administration.
