My comment: That is Judge Ismael Moreno. In Spain, an investigative judge
functions as a prosecutor in US. This will create embarrassment for Mr.
Jiang but nothing more (think Spanish indictment of former Chile dictator
Augusto Pinochet) as long as he does not travel abroad.
