My comment: For one, I was not impressed by DPP claim of victory, either. In
the 1997 local elections, DPP won many, including Annette Lu 呂秀蓮 in
County of Taoyuan, which is not even in play this year. Mr. Cossa is the
first one who shouts the emperor--DPP, that is-- has no clothes on. Take a
look at the latest poll from Commonwealth magazine (Taipei), and one can see
that neither KMT NOR DPP has popular support (less than 20% for each).
