My comment: Naturally I have not heard of either phrase the premier mentions.
(a) “'华山再高，顶有过路'是出自哪里的？" The only reply so far at 百度知道
is "是 温总理自己说的 没有出处."
(b) "亦余心之所善兮，虽九死其犹未悔" is from 离骚, my research finds.
However almost nobody in Taiwan knows any content of 离骚. Maybe it is
different in China.

My comment: I fail to understand why 遂 is pronounced as "sui" in China. It
is "suei4" in Taiwan.
