(a) Google News times the report "23 minutes ago" though the report is dated yesterday (Apr 17) and mainly talked about the other two deceased. My thinking is that the story was published yesterday about the two and updated 23 minutes ago with a photo and report of Ms Lv (the spelling released by China's embassy for her missing).
