Well, I do not quite understand what the text says, to be honest.

All right, maybe not an ordinary person. But can't a hired hand of the store (situated behind the counter) take the photos on behalf of a customer (who made the request), or post him-/herself?
Most important, there must be many ordinary people either
(a) outside the store seeing the convoy arriving, entering, departing, or
(b) eating inside the store. What have they (if any) said? When President Obama on the cuff appeared at a store to buy something, there would be numerous witnesses to share a photo or two. Such as 凌霄FAN in
