today (June 4, 2015) displays a photo, that shows Taiwan's military chiefs.

In the left column are an array of three by three photos (altogether nine). The photo at issue is the one in the left upper corner of the array.
嚴德發 and 李喜明 sat side by side, in the front row (so the photo was staged)--to the left of lectern. 李 looked down and 嚴, to his right, looked straight forward with rimmed glasses. |
