It is 1 pm EDT, July 24, 2015. Two hours after my publication of posting, using BBC title 中国河北省委书记成十八大后首位落马书记, I find BBC has changed the title to 河北省委书记周本顺落马 疑涉周永康案--retaining the same URL without marking the report as an “update.”
