My comment:
(a) Yes, even Americans can not get used to that. But if one reads American news reports and criminal cases decided and written by the courts (state or federal), he will realize this is routine. Sometimes, law enforcement even break down the door when they come in.Sure there must be rules and regulations on how to enter an occupied house (sometimes, law enforcement needs to knock the door first), but I have no time to read it.
