* Oddly, this news report does not appear in Bloomberg's own website.  In other words, this piece of news is only found in the swissinfo.ch.

(b) "中国已不止一次慷慨解囊，为俄罗斯雪中送炭。 * * * 帮普京打垮对手[which is the sectional heading] 中国已不是第一次在关键时刻助普京一臂之力。"

The truth is The oil contract between China and Russia has not been disclosed. We simply do not know whether China is doing its part according to the contract.
