My comment: Mr. Jennings is a Reuters reporter who has been stationed inTaiwan for at least a decade. I can recall a report of his a month or two ago that is published both by Reuters and VOA English at the same time. But this time it is different. Curiously this report is published in VOA English (and Chinese) only--but not in Reuters.
