My comment: VOA says, "这个趋势应该被遏制在萌芽状态。"  It is difficult to
understand. Bloomberg today quotes Ardo Hansson as saying, "It’s good to
try to nip these trends a little bit in the bud."

I'm disappointed with Gates. He is wrong in two ways: 1. framing it as an issue of following the law;  2. "very limited".   I think he is blinded by business hostility to google.
