My comment:
(a) Immediately after the above quotation, the VOA states, "朝鲜日报说，对于一些媒体报导，美国将派出乔治华盛顿号航母一事，美国持慎重态度。因为这艘9.7万吨级的航母参加军演对中国刺激太大。因此，美国对该航母是否参加军演，将视情况的发展做出决定。" However, the only report in the past several days and tomorrow is the following, which does not say anything like this:

(b) This report is in English version of the newspaper. I search for a similar news report (again in English) in Korea news media but failed. I can not exclude the possibility of such a report in KOREAN language.
