(a) The conference is held at Cambridge, Maryland.

There is no formal title for the conference. At least not in English. The
title of my posting--including the lower case--comes from Taipei Times, Oct.
5, 2010.

(c) I have never trusted Chinese-language media of Taiwan. That includes
Taipei Times.
(d) In contrast, the report in Voice of America is mild--almost insipid.*
