My comment: Today, the print edition of Wall Street Journal discloses that World Trade Organization (WTO) will announcement its judgment.

About two hours ago, WTO formally issued the judgment.

Not having read teh decision, I wonder how broad the ruling will be: what about rice export bans a few years ago, by some nations (not China)?

(1) My comment: Chinese often are upset that Westerners--even the world--are hostile toward China/Chinese. But they fail to understand that China/Chinese are rude to foreigners.
