"Saigon has been described as a city of nine million people and 30 million motorbikes. That's an understatement.
"a symbol of Vietnam's rise—the new, 500,000-square-foot Intel microchip assembly and test factory on the edge of the city. In five years Intel hopes to hire 5,000 workers.
My comment: I wonder why Intel's Dalian plant has fallen from the media radar. Is it because it will take years to equip and expand? I heard of Intel's Saigon plant earlier than its Dalian plant. So should we wait patiently for development at Dalian?
