("As early as 2016, China’s economy will exceed that of the US" and that of Euro Area in a year)

(a) The report is based on

(press release for Johansson A, Guillemette Y, Murtin F, Turner D, Nicoletti G, de la Maisonneuve C, Bagnoli P, Bousquet and Spinelli F, Economic Policy Paper no 3; A going for growth report. OECD, November 2012 (ISSN 2226583X))
(b) I browse through the full text. Except this point, otherwise the OECD Paper is quite ordinary.
(c) The report does not talk about Taiwan or South Korea.

My comment: Just view photos (no need to enlarge) and read the first several paragraphs--and that is enough. I would rather wait for the outcome of the lawsuit. Besides, my reading the report suggests that it is Sears, with its house brand, Craftsman, that allegedly infringes the patent. Chinese manufacturer may well be a contractor of Sears. |
