My comment:
(a) View only photo 2 whose upper right corner is 臘肉 and whose legend reads, "'Chinese' bacon from Dickson's Farmstand Meats."

In print, the 臘肉 photo and its legend stands alone--without coupling with other two photos.
(b) Read on the part of text about 臘肉, whose entire paragraph is reproduced here:

"Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is the butcher I want in my neighborhood for its fresh, expertly butchered meat and uncommon charcuterie like lamb pastrami. The latest is soy-sauce-infused 'Chinese' bacon ($18 a pound).
