My comment: At first I yawned--come on, pension crises (lack of funding) appears in many places (Taiwan, US, Wisconsin etc). However, the blog supplies a link to the Chinese-language report ("Zheng Bingwen, a Chinese Academy of Social Sciences researcher, in a study published in September"). To my surprise, China authority has deleted the contents from the URL.
