My comment:
(a) The title of Chinese translation is NOT to the point; the title of the English original IS.
(b) Worse, the translation does not have a graphic that is the most important of this report. View the graphic in the original. That is good enough.
(c) Taiwan has not joined the pack to decrease interest rates.
(d) Lowering interest rates causes release money from saving account to the circulation (bringing about inflation), (domestic) stock market and investment abroad).
