(a) There is no need to read text. View the graphic only.
(b) The graphic does not disclose definition (eg: how often the smoking is), source and year. However, my research is prevalences comes Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS) country reports and fact sheets, of World Health Organization. China’s data is from GATS’s China 2010 Fact Sheet (which also said smoking prevalence among adult women in China was 2.4%). Different member states of WHO got prevalence in various years, usually only once.
