My comment: The Chinese title ("丹麥判 * * * 監禁13日") is misleading. This is a pretrial detention, used for example when a defendant is a flight risk. The 13-day pretrial detention may be extended, up until the trial, which, if convicted, will be deducted from the prison term imposed.
