(ii) China Beige Book (International) is a consultancy. But I can not find anything about it, except its website (which says little, such as its location, its starting year etc; I did not expect to find this report, which is indeed not available to the public).

(c) One blogger's title for this report is "China's Beige Book Paints a Bleak Picture of Doom."  In contrast, CBB was relatively optimistic about China three month ago (in its 3Q15 report). See
