Motion and Order to Unseal Warrant Return (both the Motion and Order were signed on Jan 17, 2023 (yesterday, by different authorities) ): "COMES NOW, the State of Washington, by and through Denis Tracy, Whitman County Prosecuting Attorney, and moves the court for an Order to UN-Seal the Return of Service of Search Warrant numbered SW [standing for 'Search Warrant'] NO 12-29-2022A, pursuant to GR 15."
(a) Denis P Tracy (Republican) is Prosecuting Attorney (equivalent to district attorney) of Whitman County, State of Washington. The County includes City of Pullman, where Washington State University is located.
