My comment:
(a) The author, Lori Gottlieb, became "a single mom at 42" thanks to
artificial insemination. Later in the print edition, she says, "I adore my 4
-year-old son. So Ms. Gottlieb is about 46/47.
(b) Unfortunately the magazine does not provide free online content. There
is a similar interview which is different from the print edition.
