My comment:
(a) English-language news reports, few at the moment, point to the product as Minute Maid, a brand of Coca cola, but differes in (English) translation of the product at issue
(b) 一頭霧水. But one thing is sure. BBC mentions 氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂 as the poison, which does not sound poisonous and thus is unlikely. On the contrary, Shanghaiist refers to "organophosphate"--a common pesticide in agriculture 農藥.
