(a) I read the report yesterday and thought nothing about it. Alothgh I thought Mr. Chen’words were sharp, I was under the impression that this was the tome of US-China dialogue on arms sale to Taiwan. Apparently the meeting is unusual, as BBC, VOA and New York Times all report about it.
