I am in the middle of a trial. Today is day one of the trial. I though I can post this evening. Then I just check the inbox of my email, which shows defendant's lawyers (yes, he has two) just filed five motions that I needs to answer.

I keep saying to defendants and his cohorts (all Boston Police officers): Do not perjure yourself. Too many people know the truth to keep things under wrap.

No one listens.

So I say there was/is a video camera there, where it occurred. Instead of behaving themselves, they try to prevent me from subpoenaing it. They say what they want to say, except one who from days BEFORE my warnings, wanted to stay away from the court, but when forced to testify, says he can not recall anything. The tape is still out there.

Often it has nothing to do with luck.
