My comment: The RFA report quotes "美国迈阿密大学的国际关系问题专家德雷伊尔教授." Firstly Department of International Studies, College of Arts and Sciences, University of Miami, does not have a faculty member with a name sounding like that. Secondly googling 德雷伊尔 returns few results.
