Lindsay Gellman, Tech Recruiters Flock to Ontario; University of Waterloo has become a magnet for companies such as Google and Amazon. Wall Street Journal, May 5, 2016, at page B4.

two consecutive paragraphs:

Companies from Silicon Valley "seek the school's entrepreneurially minded engineering students.   Employers and school leaders say the student [in that university] understand how to translate engineering projects into viable business.

"The school's graduates are the-second-most-frequently hired in Silicon Valley, behind students from University of California, Berkeley, according to a 2015 report by Startup Compass, Inc, which tracks small and midsize businesses.

Note:
(a) The teaser in page B1 screams: "Canada's Answer to Stanford[:] TALENT INCUBATOR: The University of Waterloo in Ontario has become a magnet for Silicon Valley recruiters who seek out the school's engineering students Page B4.
(b) I am hard pressed why the teaser mentions "Stanford," though in reality, UC Berkeley was the one, not Stanford, that did better than Waterloo.
(c) There is no need to read the rest of the report.
