My comment: Reading the title (before the text), I thought the emphasis was on "server" chips, as opposed to those for mobile devices (Intel remains dominant in chips for personal computers, besides for servers). Yet the text is about 7 nm. Especially the first paragraph states, "will be first to produce 7-nanometer chips."  Maybe. But hasn't TSMC also beat Intel to the 10 nm (also and) already? Numerous tech reports said TSMC taped out 10-nm for this and that client -- a test run but not mass production.
