(book review on Matthew Jenkinson, Charles I's Killers in America; The lives & afterlives of Edward Whalley & William Goffe. Oxford University Press, 2019)
My comment: Read the first three paragraphs, and that is enough. If you read the entire book review like me, you will find out the two protagonists (Whalley and Goffe) were not important then and now, in both Britain and US.
